Summary Bio
Attorney Traci Ellis is a veteran attorney with over 19 years of legal experience, both in private practice and as in house counsel for several Fortune 500 and privately held companies, including as Vice President & General Counsel. After 12 years of in house corporate experience, Ms. Ellis decided to pursue her entrepreneurial goals, and opened her own law practice in February, 2006. She now concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate law, general business law and wills and trusts.
Ms. Ellis earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Business & Industry at Florida A & M University in 1986 and a Juris Doctorate degree at The Ohio State University, College of Law in 1990. Ms. Ellis is licensed to practice law in Georgia and Illinois.
Approximately 90% of her clients are entrepreneurs, so Attorney Ellis is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in legal issues for small businesses and is often sought as a speaker on these issues as well as the topic of entrepreneurism in general.
Traci is married to Rick and they are the proud parents of two sons, 19 and 16 years old.
